Brazilian Man Shot: Don't Ask Questions You May Not Like The Answers To

So the family of the Brazilian shot in London is considering legal action. They claim "They just kill the first person they see, that's what they did ... They killed him because they had to show off ... They have to pay for that in many ways, because if they do not, they are going to kill many people, they are going to kill thousands of people ... ".

Now, I wasn't there, and I'm just being cynical - but when you 1) are seen leaving a house that is being watched for connections with terrorism 2) don't comply with orders from armed police and 3) attempt to escape, you've got something to hide.

It could very well be that 1) the Brazilian didn't know English 2) was mentally "challenged" 3) didn't know that guns can ruin your day 4) didn't appreciate that the cops running after him, tackling him and ordering him to comply really meant he should stop and follow orders, and most importantly 5) I'm just an insensitive asshole.

However, the family making all sorts of allegations to support why they're going to sue the government of London is ridiculous. Just say "You killed my son/brother/father" and get on with it. Don't grandstand on what is already a sad situation.

Also, don't be surprised if it's discovered that the Brazilian did have connections with the terror bombings in the UK. From where I sit, the evidence appears that he had something to hide.
